The topic of Christina Nationalism is of particular and current interest. We wanted to revisit two discussions of the NABF’s Scholars Collaboration, led last year by Derek Hatch, the Coordinator of the NABF Scholars Collaboration.

In the first discussion, scholars talk about the sociological and theological realities behind Christian nationalism, helping to understand what it is in light of the Gospel (recorded May 2021).

Panelists:
Curtis Freeman – Research Professor of Theology and Director of the Baptist House of Studies, Duke Divinity School
Barry Harvey – Professor of Theology, Honors College, Baylor University
Samuel Perry – Associate Professor of Sociology, University of Oklahoma

This second video continues the conversation, recorded September 2021.
