Young Prophetic Voices
A Movement of Faith, Justice, and Courageous Young Leaders
The NABF Young Prophetic Voices Initiative (YPV) is a six-month leadership formation experience for youth groups, mobilizing them to speak truth and embody hope in their churches, schools, and neighborhoods.
What if the young people in your church didn’t just learn about their faith, but went out and changed the world because of it?
What is YPV?
YPV is not a typical youth program. It is a cohort-based movement developed by the NABF in partnership with Tenx10, bringing together diverse church youth teams from across the United States and Canada.
From June through November 2026, participating youth groups will come together for five dynamic virtual sessions and one fully-funded in-person retreat, culminating in a commissioning celebration. 2026 Program Overview
Who is it for?
YPV is designed for church youth groups who are ready to go deeper. Each participating church joins as a team — one youth pastor or youth ministry leader and up to 4 teen participants (ages 13–18).

- Strengthen your youth discipleship and develop the next generation of leaders
- Connect your teens with a network of young prophets across the U.S. and Canada
- Empower your youth to create real, lasting change in your community
- Advance your church’s mission through Spirit-led, justice-centered action
Why Apply?
Each selected church will receive a $1,000 grant to fund a youth-led community advocacy project and support individual Voice Projects; all expenses for the in-person retreat will be covered.
